The speed is 1.66GHz, it's an ASUS W5F, but what I need is the table of voltage that is default on the processor, from there I will try to set it lower.

Well I checked the spec of your W5Ae on the ASUS web site and it listed Bluetooth as an "option" so I don't know if you got the version with bluetooth built-in or not.
Well I still think that it is bluetooth mouse as it seems much more arkward to put in another RF transceiver if the laptop already has bluetooth, what with 802.11 a/b/g and all that. Why don't you try running the bluetooth software up...
