Yeah most of the dust is trapped near the fans.
Took the laptop apart, was so frigin scared.
I had my gpu temps going up to 102 degrees celsius whenever i played WoW (and it would throttle down and repeate the process). After I cleaned out the dust, max temps for gpu are around 60-70 now.

OH, I know now. It seems some newer version of the Nvidia Gfx drivers are having issue with the rpc service which causes svchost to use a lot of resources. What you need to do is disable the nvidia driver service, nvsvc32.exe. Check here...
