Usually I get 51 during idle and 60 during gaming. Ive had mine for a yr now, and mine isnt that bad.
Well, at least the BIOS fix helped. Now to make sure this thing survives....(sup Ken, sent the HD...)
If you use Bluetooth and want more screen space, go with the Z96j. If you want affordability and power, S96j.

Total price comes around 1300.00USD and for what it has and plus it has the same quality as the older N series, thats a pretty good deal(also has drop in Merom capability)
where did you download the BIOS?(Ken posted a easy way of installing it), something with a Nero img file and then buring it to a CD or DVD. Though the BIOS update might help, when flashing to the new 0901 BIOS that allowed the S96j...

They have the same components internally then. The only difference would be a higher resolution screen that the W3J doesnt have. Plus the Z96j right now at some retailers can be fitted with Core2Duo while the W3J cannot right now.
W3J has a nice form factor and a nice screen and shell. The Z96j has a higher res screen and has a easy maintenance to the components. They both have the same GPU, and in all cases, more memory is worth needed in gaming. Multitasking is...
