Still, how long will the process need? If it takes 1 month+ to replace the notebook, CC is not as good as many thought. It's just like any other insurance company.
i remember i read somewhere about a ToughBook was dropped from the top of a pickup truck and went over with the truck, and it can still open. But that can happen to m1710 and i wonder if they will accept it as accident.
