eh like i said above in post going to cheap on a motherboard can cause problems and well biostar eh.....look for a motherboard from one of the major motherboard makers. asus......abit......dfi.....msi..gigabyte. the msi neo 2 i believe...

thats an sli board you can get socket 939 and not get a sli board. for example dfi ultra d is a socket 939 and not sli. im not a big fan of socket 754 either. spending a decent amount on motherboard gives you better performance and...

i use zone alarm security suite. plus i use firefox for web browsing. i think that combination using a security suite and firefox can give you a fighting chance against virus/malware. i dont think there is "the best" anti virus...
