I went with the X61 instead since I wanted the processor performance boost vs. the weight/battery. I did get the extended battery though.
Well, it arrived yesterday and only 10 days after placing the original order. Needless to say I'm in love. This is replacing a Dell D400 that was stolen out of my truck and I was using an older Dell C640 in the interim.

The one small thing that is keeping me from pulling the trigger on the 1210 just yet is that it is track pad only. I love my pointy stick. To the point that disabled the track pad on my D400. I'm not sure I can go back to the track pad...
