Thanks! Yet more good advice. I got the etxended 1 year as well - they said that they had put it on. At least Dell is making up for the horrible times I had with that computer. Maybe its a Toronto thing?
Ya, the Dell dude got me a new monitor and had it installed - took out the other. I guess its meant for Latitudes mainly.
