Look at my earlier posts in this thread. That's what happened to me too. From now on I can only burn DVD-R (no DVD+R) and only in 2x. I am looking for a way to go back but couldn't fined which firmware to use.

Can you post detailed specs. I mean even your signature has more details then the posting itself.
