Update: I just got off the phone with order status/cancelation dept. Both dept stated they have not recieved any info on the m9750 being delayed till August and told me the sales rep from my emails got the dates mixed up. I don't know...

I contacted sales via email and these responses... I will try to call them to confirm this. Sorry for the bad news guys. Hopefully I get a difference answer tommorrow over the phone.
