You can also use radlinker... if you d/l and install the new omega catalyst drivers it's packaged with it. These drivers are great!

I've had both successes and problems with both Roxio and Nero. Personally, i've never had a coaster (knock on wood) and i've burned prolly 100 dvds. But... strangely enough... one of my home dvd players won't play a dvd burned with...

I hardly ever shut mine down either... It goes in and out of suspend numerous times as I open and shut the lid and move between offices... but full shutdown? Maybe every couple weeks... suspend rules.
