I dont think your wireless card is the problem, the Intel 2200 has always been good for me and never drops. The problem is in your router. Go to www.linksys.com and make sure you have the latest firmware. If you have the latest firmware...
Thanks Machina, I started using hibernate today and I think that will take care of it. I have it set to go into hibernation 2 hours after suspend. I really think it's a software issue somewhere. The slowness issue was very unpredictable....

I should call and tell them I want it fixed. I really never heard my computer make any noise like this before, but I never put my ear up to while charging either. I wish I had another 9200 to listen to.
Thanks Mich, that is good to know. The noise has probably been there since my laptop was new but I never put my ear up to it to listen before.
I have an i9200. When my battery is charging and it's anywhere from 95-100% charged, there is a chirping noise from the left side of my laptop under the palmrest. It sounds kinda like the noise you hear when a cricket is chirping outside...
