Tkx Kakaze it works now, well the reason i use entourage ive got alot of hotmail accounts to keep tabs on so it makes it some what easier . any suggestions other then entourage?

Could you explain how to do this? i dont know much about mac, i just use it cause i crash windows more often then OSx
