Yeah, they are the same. The E1505 is for the Home department. And the 6400 is for the small business department. Each department may have different prices on different components at the same time. But they are the same unit.

You have to get the x1300 if you want to upgrade. You can NOT upgrade the GMA950 chip.

I'm not sure how you have it set up but it seems like you could get the E1505 for less then that.. But I could very well be wrong.

I modded a 32" LCD flat screen onto mine... it shortened the battery life some.. and made it weigh more.. but hey bigger screen.
