Just want to follow up... Today I decided to do a fresh reinstall Windows XP Pro on my system to see if it can fix the modem problem or not.... But after install Modem driver I still can't use modem on my Sager 4750... Windows can detect...

Anyone try CAT 5.13 on Sager 4750 yet? How good it is compare to CAT 5.12 or older version?

Already tried that, but it's still not working. I guess the only way to fix this problem(if it's not a hardware problem) is to reinstall the whole system(fresh install Windows).
