I've found the ibm x60s has outperformed my expectations. 8 hour battery life, rock solid, but very lightweight, with good wireless. The lack of optical drive has caused no problems as have an external when needed and use pen drives...
Mine is 2400Low voltage, 1.6. Was using it all day yesterday with wireless on and didn't feel a thing. But its winter downunder. Three weeks ago I was in Southern France and it was very hot to touch on right palm rest. But them so was...
I've had my x60s for six weeks now with no problems. solid build, crisp screen, excellent keyboard, lightweight and get 5-6 hours with battery easy. duo core is quick on startup and a joy to use while running other programs in...

I'm debating between the two, seeing the pluses with the lenovo mainly as the higher screen resolution vs what sounds like better battery life and build quality in the IBM. Lack of DVD drive doesn't worry me much, can live without it if...
I 've seen a page at toshiba's site that lets you track the history of a laptop. Yes, I'd like to see the link. I've had so much done to my S1 its hard to keep track and my repairman, because of all that tracking, isn't very keen to...
