Question? I have just installed a fx2500 in my M90 and was wondering if I flash it with the Fx3500 bios would it become a fx3500? It seems from the specs that the only difference is the core/memory speed. Thanks

Oddly enough that’s the same place I bought the FX2500, they had one left so I’m in luck. As far as the FX3500 I wasn’t sure about compatibility, I bought my M90 back with “Core DUO” and the FX3500...

Thanks for the response, I tried again and the system will add the hardware but it can’t boot in anything but safe mode. Also I ran the diagnostics and it wouldn’t read/write to the memory on the card – DEAD!
