Is Dell still offering the tuner card? I think I remember seeing it when I ordered now I dont see it listed. If they are offering it, is that something I can buy and install myself?

I seen a thread on here about the formating process, can someone direct me to that? I have never formatted and was wondering how to do it

the latest drivers for the sound card didnt work either I think it has to do with it being an older game and onboard sound.

I installed a bluetooth mouse and I lost my drivers for the touchpad. Now I reinstalled the drivers for the touchpad and I cannot find it. Where do I go to find where the touch pad is. I'd like to use the scroll.
