My dvd writer program will not recognize my dvd r/w. When I go to copy dvd it only shows it as a cd-rom. I opened MY computer and it says cd drive for my dvd r/w. How can I get my computer recognize my dvd rw to make dvd's?

I had a dead pixel and a technician came to my house today, replaced the screen {Samsung} and it only took him 25 min. I'm very happy with Dell Support

I had a 7200 hd on my alienware and now I have a 5400 and I cannot tell a difference.

I received Samsung with my XPS. Ordered on 3/31 and received on 4/6.
