That seems really low to me. What is the equivalent of that card? My i9300 with a 6800go in it scores higher, and I was contemplating buying one of these machines...

So what is the heat/power difference between the 256mb GTX and the 512mb GTX? The AW looks to have 256mb and the Dell has 512mb. Correct me if I'm wrong.
See if you can get your hands on some different RAM sticks. They're the most common BIOS problem I've had, and the easiest to check. If it has two sticks of RAM, take one out. If that doesn't work, swap slots. Still no, swap sticks...
