my home theater computer was running at 118C at one point (something like 242F).... it was very unstable, of course...and bluescreened a lot. Got me a new heatsink combo and it has been perfect ever since.
ok, i found out (as i am sure many others of you) today that they are selling these on their website now.... shipping starts in 3 weeks or so. IS this device ready for prime time, will it work for those of us wanting to use a firewire...
man that sucks, I really could use something like this ... they could sell a TON of these if they'd just release the freaking things.

serigop, the reason his lappy has lights and all is because it IS a m1710, he just put the m90 9300 external skins on it... same as I'm gonna do with my m1710. if you want the lights in your M90 then you'll have to look for dell spare...
i like the darker stuff better myself, hence the desire to convert to looking like an M90
