Can someone give a link for a good guide to formatting and reinstalling windows and all the drivers for a dell computer?

No, ummm... Nothing on the computer except for IE works. Opera nor Firefox works. It loads and nothing is able to load. I think maybe a port is blocked? but I really dont know
Well the thing is that. I did the first one. Thought it worked for a second then did its random stuff again.
The second I thought for sure would work, but it still doesnt disable it.

Ok, I use Internet Explorer. Yes I know this is a very stupid thing for me to do, but at the moment the computer that I use has somehow disabled Firefox. So I am stuck with IE for the time being. But this isnt the problem.
