A07 is available on Dell's US site now as well. I upgraded to it last night, and it works fine.
a 1600 or 7600 in the 1505 would be most excellent. I can make do with the x1400, but the extra kick the extra pipes would give would be most appreciated. Everything else about this laptop rocks. I'd pay good money to have better...
2048x1536 is an option in my slider with an x1400 on an e1505
ATI catalyst 6.6 is faster than the 6.5 DHZero drivers in 3DMark05 anyway. 2130 with DHZero and 2159 with Catalyst 6.6, all else being the same. They also seem to be a bit more vibrant, if that is the right word.
It lists all the part numbers below on that page. Look at your actual adapter that came with the laptop... same #.
Here is the exact link to what you need for the 600/6400/e1505/etc machines: cheap too http://www.pacificgeek.com/product.a...719&C=231&S=-1 I just got mine earlier this week.
I don't seem to see much difference in speed between 6.5 DHZero or 6.5 Omega drivers. The Omega drivers did seem to enable more features of the x1400, but not sure why. I haven't been able to get the 6.6 ATI drivers to work correctly...

I played the demo on my e1505 w/x1400 and didn't think it was that terrible. There were a few moments, but overall I was left with the impression it was a game I wanted to have.
