Hey Jason, Sorry to hear the offer didn't pan out. Over $400 for Complete Care!?! That's ridiculous. When I purchased mine it was $119 -- and that was for 4 years. Weird.
Independent contractor...no in-house IT, so support is important to me. I just got mine today, so I haven't had a chance to really test it. But the other guys here are much more knowledgeable...I'm sure they'll post...
