AA is off, and AF is at 4x. a 7900 GS should be able to handle AA and AF, in my opinion, but still, they are off and Im getting this problem.
It requests a 1.7 GHZ processor, and I have a 1.6 dualcore. Since FEAR doesn't support dual core, I'm essentially 100 mhz below. But is it really that processor intensive?
I'm curious if you guys have any suggestions. When in large firefights, my game lags. My FPS counter from FRAPS doesn't drop (much), but when firing, I'll hear the shot, then a second later or so, I'll see it come out. Same thing when...
If your gaming, you get no noticeable upgrade in performance. Core Duo is still a Dual Core, just a less efficient Dual Core (power wise)
You coulda used a coupon to save even more. I think from the Dell Back to School game several 10% off Outlet machine coupons were distributed. There is a list somewhere on here, I think. Here or Hard Forum.

I would have highly suggested a 7200 RPM HD.
I would recommend GeForce Tony's drivers. They are typically A+ quality, and are the next best thing to OCing if you dont OC but want that extra boost.
I'm not really sure. Is $450 a good price?
