Hazridi,I totally understand. No one would want even a refurb plastic cover when you are spending over 2K. Send the system back and re-order. that seems the optimum way to get new components.

You have a point, stu. But I dont think DVD+RW (DL) drives for notebook are much far behind. Probably a couple of month or so. But before DL drives for notebooks are available we will most like see 8X DVD burners.

I agree with you , sharko. I had same situation. Unfortunately, reinstalling the entire OS did nothing to improve the situation.
