I'm curious about the 4GB RAM configurations that are available on the M1710. There is a note saying less than 4GB will be available, which I believe is 3.2 GB due to Windows XP. What about Vista? Will that then have 4GB?
I think 5 years is a good estimate. Be aware though, that even if the laptop or desktop pc works for that matter, it's very possible that the laptop will be so far behind in technology that it will be functionally past it's time. Heck,...
