Where do you get to the support chat to talk to a rep?

Could someone fill me in as to the difference between standy and hibernate? As far as I can tell, they look to be the same thing... Also, is there any way I can set up my laptop to keep playing music if I close the cover?

Could you let me know how you went about asking them and getting this? I ordered a laptop in july and didn't get the backpack, plus i had to pay for my system restore CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which ATI drivers are you using? The one downloaded directly from Dell works for me, but when I go to the ATI website neither the "radeon" or the "notebook" drivers work for me. Any ideas? I have an x1300 by the way....

Well, knowing my luck, I just reformatted my e1505 and had the unpleasent suprise of finding out that Dell sent me the wrong driver CD. I'm leaving for college shortly, so I doubt I'll be able to wait for them to send me a replacement,...
