i got mine around march and rma'ed it last week.

i think sager has a three day return policy from the day they get it if its still under warranty. they ship it back ground for free but you can opt for air.

i encountered the following error while trying to update to servicepack 2: procedure entry point GetIUMS not found in dynamic link library MSDARTS.DLL i press the OK button and it just pops up again. any ideas?

i sent mine back to sager. mine was artifacting without ever going over 52.the normal temp for yours is 62? that seems pretty high to me. you check to make sure the heat sink was clean and the fans werent obstructed? i guess its possible...

look under peer to peer support for the 8790 for threads about this problem. they would probably help out. i just rma-ed my 8790 for artifacting which was probably similar to yours.
