I have used LoJack For laptops before. you probably have to go through with customer support at LoJack to transfer the software licence and stuff. What LoJack does is track ip-addresses and the ip-address that you registered the computer...

i dont see why it wont work for games if you used the graphics accelerator card. You definitely need 64bit version to get the 4gb of ram. the 32 bit only takes up to 3GB then the last gb ends up going to the graphics accelerator.
i have a dv8235nr and it works fine with the xb2000 base. i have never had such an issue even after installing Windows Vista on the computer itself. when vista first came out HP didnt have sound drivers, i waited 2 weeks and viola there...
i currently own a xb2000 docking station it works wonderfully with an external montior. the ports on the computer are still useable. the sound could be better coming from the dock station but it works okay. the dock station is an awesome...
try using windows logo key and L at the same time
Fellowes surface cleaning wipes work well. you can get em at almost any office supply store. just look for a yellow can.
you can go to places like sign a rama, or AlphaGraphics or search for a sign maker in your region. they can make something like that for you.
you could do that or---- if you have a vectors imaging program such as Corel Paintshop Pro, Quark or Adobe Illustrator you can take measurements of ur notebook and omit out the bumper and the i dare not say what it is emblem on the lid....
remove the games supplied by hp as per se they are crap. those games are actually spyware that is developed by hp and thier software developer wild tangent to report information to HP corp on how youre using your new computer. get rid of...
