Does your BIOS have options to change boot order? Try changing it to Boot From CD First. Good luck.
Yeah, I'm 90% sure you COULD upgrade it, but I doubt you'd be happy with the small performance increase. The card you have is already very close to the best available, so IMHO, you'd be better off waiting for the next generation card,...
Just make sure the replacement is a "mobile" A64. They're not the same as a desktop chip, & might be hard to find.
