I bit the bullet! sold the m1210 and order it today. I'm praying that the estimated ship date will change to something alot closer. Month and a half is a very long time. 222-9699 XPS M1330, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7300...
I've been MIA for awhile but here's a quick update. I recently had a Dell technician come to my house and replace the LCD on my m1210 and lucky enough he brought with him a AUO3214. It came boxed with a new bezel and funny enough the...
theres a noticeable difference going from the LCD58E to the SEC3157 but not enough to go through the trouble of replacing the screen. But if you went from an LCD58E to the AUO3214 then hell yea. I saw an m1210 with the AV package and the...

nah I would've asked for the AV package originally but I can't stand the way the camera looks at the top of the screen. Not to mention that it swivels which means according to the laws of physics and probability, it will eventually break.
got my replacement laptop today and guess what? it's another LCD58E. I'm gonna cut my losses and keep it....right after i call Dell and give them an ear full.
