the hard drive is not the problem. it does the same thing when booting to a WINPE disk. with or without the hard drive installed

can someone please point me to the video drivers for the 4020 or on the back it says 4021. the drivers off of the acer site do not work.. the (TM4020_VGA_ATI) are the wrong drivers. thanks.
