The most price efficient gaming laptops I've seen have been from Sager for the most part. PCtorque has em.

Can't go wrong with a sager as far as I'm concerned, I've had an 8890 for 4 years and it still flies.
Macs are inherently bad, they just have their own way of doing things. If their method vibes with you, then by all means get one. I personally can't stand it.
