im getting 540/423 after 423 i get artifacts. and if i click find max mem my screen goes blank and reboots

i'm using omega drivers atm, but it seems that it says overclocking is disabled in atitray. :S help edit: oops, thought atitraytools was ati tools. thanks

How do i overclock the gpu? i've used atitray before but the overclocking is disabled.
