See title. I've got a 766 with the old 9600 video module, and I'd like to upgrade like alienware promised I'd be able to do when I bought the thing 3 years ago. Also looking for the slot-loading dvd-rw they were selling about a year...

playing avis and dvds, I get about 1% per minute loss. so approx 100 minutes per battery. I have 2. And you don't need a battery in the 51M766 to run it. It'll happily chug away on AC power with the battery slot empty.
They're not at all flexible, far as I can tell. I've got a bad pixel in the center. I'll report in on the process once I've backed everything up and send it in.
What paint out there is a good match for the alienware colors? last trip took a chip out of the top corner of my conspiracy blue baby.
Should I be able to clock the 9600 up a lot higher than the current 392/250 I'm running? I don't want to start any fires.
