well the physx card...wouldn't bother with it to be honest
getting the 8800 sli config. thats a cool deal. if it was me i'd arrange for the tech to cal lto your workplace if its allowed and get him to do the upgrade there.

The XPS gaming line is gone. Only left Dell 4 months ago and we were all talking about it inside.
Its now a 'Premium' notebook line
M1730 is the last gaming 17" from them
But...they are updating it soon. 9800's and quad core...
Well the stadanrd screen is like any normal laptop screen.
easy to read etc.
but there is a jump when you use the LED screen. colours seem more vibrant etc.. only an i80 euro upgrade to it...kinda cheap
getting back to the question. there are 2 discreet bases for the M1330
the Intel gpu based one and the nVidia. 2 completely different mainboards.
i know this as i just rebuilt mine with the nVidia base

Well i haven't tested any of the above. only played 2142 so far on it. not sure the drivers are great. still can't set 8x AA in the game for some reason.
Will be installing CoD4 soon. and will also test Crysis
