The screens are too reflective, I don't like SONY's pricing on systems and upgrades, and their support is among the worst.

With the HP dv1000 series, you can buy one for about $1,000, but the one I configured (and returned) had an 8X DVD burner, 1GB of RAM, 3 year accidental damage warranty and cost over $2,000. So options and warranty can cost over $1,000....
