For anyone in the Uk who is waiting for the ALX Conroe as well. I got an email from Alienware customer support who said that it is in the pipeline but they dont have an E.T.A yet.

I got my first Alienware when I was 11 . Was an Area 51 Desktop. Got an 7700 in Febuary 2005 when I was 13. 14 Now and I'm just waiting for the ALX Conroe to be released in the UK

Yeah, you should have got the black binder. This contains your system spec, customer info and support information. Never heard of AW forgetting that before :S. I didn't get a plastic card with mine though .
