Yeah wouldn't that unregister the DLL for the whole system? I just want to unregister it for btwdins.exe, like disable btwdins from being able to use it... I'm sure it's probably used by other things in Windows, so unregistering it...

Okay it seems that the process is loading a thread for ADVAPI32.dll. I froze that thread and then tried all bluetooth functions, and everything worked, so that DLL is unnecessary but it's the cause of those constant reads and CPU...
