i checked my device manager and everything sems to be fine software wise, any ideas it was working yesterday if i put any CD's in it wont se them

I reformatted my whole 5660 and now when I press the volume + or - buttons in the front of the machine i get this ugly blue/yellow bar instead of the green horizontal dash marks it used to have, how do i get it back to that ? thanks dan

i just put the "teeth" into the "holes" if that makes sense no i did not format it but it does not have the OS on it
