Just a note or 2: The bios .iso does indeed contain the latest fan fix. You'll notice when executing the flash batch file that it flashes an H8 fix prior to the actual 1.03 bios. The H8 flash appears to be identical to the fan flash...

If you got the internal wifi card from Gigabyte with your 4750, good luck getting 64-bit drivers. The vendor refuses to release them until XP64 goes live.

I installed it, and now I'm getting ~5C lower temps. The fans are on almost constantly, but they're throttled down pretty low (until I start gaming, that is). Very nice indeed!
