nope, they are little individual heatsinks, 14mm x 14mm x 4mm or 18mm x 14mm x 4mm, and they have adhesive tape on the bottom. You stick them to the heatsink to augment cooling.
where do i find these? they're like 4mm tall, made of copper, and you stick them all over the heatsink to make it cooler. I don't want to go to ebay or buy from china. Her'es a pic of them. (this is what i wanna do to mine!) Jason
