@aamsel: i hear what you're saying, and that is the same predicament i found: just where do you go for a good laptop when you don't want to get some dell, etc. (i almost said "dell cr@p" ), and when you're not getting it...

right, cleartype (a.k.a. sub-pixel font rendering ) should decrease the "jaggies." link

nice review. glad to hear you don't have the kb issues, that was one thing i was worried about from reading the other person's comments (forgot the name, though it wasn't klas). looking forward to the pics.
