That is a huge problem with me and Dell. I got my system replaced and I couldn't get a straight answer on when it was being shipped and what it was. Customer service kept sending me to tech and tech kept sending me back to customer...
I know copper is great for transferring heat and I know AS5 is great too, but im wondering, without cost in mind and whatnot, what would be the best median for heat transfer available? Be it metal or otherwise.
Is your power management setting on max battery?
That terrible, but I can see why people would do it. Why not just extend your warranty another 3 years? Side question: How many times can you extend your 3 year warranty?
