I thought I posted this earlier, but the thread just disappeared. Anyway, I did a clean install of Windows XP Pro with SP3 sucessfully. I got everything installed with the proper drivers except for the integrated bluetooth. I downloaded...

I just installed the latest Catalyst 6.12 drivers on my Asus M6N with the DH Mobility Mod Tool. It should definitely work on yours too.

I did have another notebook, Asus M6N, to test a Vista RC1 install on and it went ok. Some of the controls from the keyboard like turning the volume on and off didn't work though. There I found out there's no support for the Intel 2100...

How much RAM do you guys have installed on your laptops?

Has anyone tried installing Windows Vista RC1 onto their Dell 700m laptop yet? Is it somewhat functional? I was able to download a copy from Microsoft and I'm still deciding whether to install it or not.

Do you think that this 3m privacy filter will fit on a 700m? I just want something to put over my lcd screen so it won't get dirty and dusty.

Is it safe to buy a battery like this from eBay? I bought my 700m a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that I bought it with the 4 cell battery that lasts only about 2 1/2 hours. I did some google'ing of prices for the 8 cell 700m battery...

Although I haven't tried making backup dvds in either Mac or Linux, videohelp.com and guides for both Mac and Linux.
