Open the BIOS when the computer is booting up and check what version it is. (usually u have to press either F2 or Del key)

No. you will not need to change anything. Just be sure to check the BIOS version if it supports the CPU. I changed the CPU and the RAM on my Aspire 5672 and it is running great.

I have also Pre-ordered the new box. I cant wait for Team Fortress 2, Half Life 2 Ep.2 and Portal. The graphics on TM2 look really interesting. I like the new look of the characters and game is looking to be really fun. I do not know...
