Ok if you have a legit code, make sure all the drivers are installed as it can mess with activation, then try to activate.

I feel it is too hi a price for what you got, but it should run 2k just fine with a little more memory. I bet 2k will have all the drivers you need other than for wireless and so on, and if you disable unneeded services it will take...
