I can't seem to get settings to stay in Windows XP with my new 1520's 8600m GT. I go to apply settings (in either rivatuner or ntune) and it just goes back to default settings. In Vista, I can overclock fine.

You can't actually change the pixel response times of the LCD display. All you're doing is speeding up the amount of times frames are sent to the display per second.
It won't have an 8800M GTX.
Btw, how does the truelife wxga+ screen look?
