get the older hotkey driver for the 56xx - it lets u customize all 3 keys
someone posted a link on the forum
the strange part is that even after uninstalling the drivers the email & browser hotkeys work, but the custom(3rd) key...

yeah its funny the 9700 is with 64mb vram while the 9600 is with 128
