the athlon64 system is much, much better than the celeron system you're looking. The celeron is one of the worst processors available (although intel has upgraded it of late)

You can't upgrade the video card memory or even the card. We've still got a long wait before video cards become user-upgradable in laptops. There are several programs that will allow you to transfer all the info from one HDD to another...
